Tours are priced by-the-tour, not by the person.
Tours are priced for up to four people. Larger groups will be quoted a higher price.
Tours are private, meaning only the visitors traveling together will tour together. No strangers will be added to "fill up" the tour.
Tours are paid in full at the time of booking.
Admission charges will be included in the tour fee if an inside attraction is specifically included in the tour itinerary.
We tour rain or shine and reserve the right to cancel, modify, delay, or postpone the tour in the event of severe weather conditions or events beyond our control.
Tour length and itinerary are subject to changes based on weather, traffic, festivals, time on site, the number of questions asked, group pace, and other variables.
Tours in Spanish are available for an additional $150 fee and require 7-day advance notice prior to booking.
We will pick guests up at French Quarter and downtown locations and return them to their hotels or other locations as agreed upon in advance.
Our vans are not ADA equipped but can accommodate folding wheelchairs.
Children shorter than 4 feet tall require a child restraint or booster seat. We do not provide child seats.
All passengers must wear a seatbelt when the vehicle is in motion.
A refund of 50% will be paid for a cancellation made within 7 days of the tour date. Exceptions are made for Acts of God, national emergencies, and other extreme events.
Health and safety precautions will be followed as recommended by health and government officials.
